Patient Portal
Artisan Ally is an app that enables you to communicate with ACFS and your doctor during your treatment. It allows you to send secure messages, view treatment instructions, view details of your next appointment, and access important documents and results.
Upon scheduling your first appointment with ACFS, you will receive an email invitation to set up your patient portal via Artisan Ally. When you click on the registration link, you will be directed to a page to set up your username, password, and digital signature.
