WAYS TO CONTACT DR. NEMIRO AND ACFS

1. ASK THE DOCTOR - Patients can send Dr. Nemiro an e-mail asking him any question they like and he will respond within 24-48 hours. If you leave your phone number at the end of the e-mail, he will try to call you instead.

2. FREE SECOND OPINION - Patients can e-mail Dr. Nemiro with their phone number and a time that is convenient for him to call you back. He will either call you at the time you requested and/or e-mail you to change the time to one that is convenient for both of you. During the call, he will go over your medical history, answer any of your questions and briefly discuss treatment options. Their is no charge for this conversation.

3. SKYPE - Patients, if they decide and like this option better, can e-mail Dr. Nemiro with a time and their Skype name to have a face to face conversation with him for a second opinion and/or any questions or concerns you would like to discuss. Once Dr. Nemiro gets your e-mail, requesting this venue of communication, he will e-mail you back with the okay to call or set up a new time that is convenient for both. Please make sure that you have downloaded Skype on your computer and are familiar with its use. You can download Skype by going to www.skype.com. Skype is free, and a great way to stay in touch with friends and family throughout the United States.

4. FACEBOOK - Although, this venue will not necessarily be used to communicate with Dr. Nemiro and ACFS, it can be viewed for updates about "new things" happening at ACFS in reproductive medicine, the staff and scientific and related news in the “infertility” world.
