Leslie Setlak-Anastos

Hi! My name is Leslie and I am a Clinical coordinator. I had worked in the fertility world for over 15 years at a clinic in Chicago before my husband, children and I relocated to Scottsdale in January 2018. After taking some time off from work, I quickly realized how much I missed working in the medical field and was eager to get back to fertility. I started at ACFS in Spring 2019 and knew right away that this team was a unique and extremely talented group of people that I absolutely wanted to work with. ACFS brings a higher level of compassion and patient care to their patients than I have ever experienced before. They truly go above and beyond for their patients and I am proud to be part of the team!
