At ACFS, we value personal service and the opportunity to speak with you directly. Most questions can be answered quickly and easily by one of our physicians or patient coordinators. If you have an urgent question or need, a phone call is always the best way to reach us—even after hours!
If you are an ACFS patient, your Artisan Ally account gives you access to secure private messaging, educational materials (including medication teaching videos), your treatment calendars, and more! The portal offers a secure way to send non-urgent messages to your ACFS fertility team. These messages will generally be answered within 24 hours. If your issue is urgent and you have not received a response by 3pm M-F, please call the office so that we can assist you most efficiently during normal business hours.
If you are not yet a patient but have a question related to ACFS services or would like a call from Dr. Lipskind and his team, you can e-mail us. We always make an effort to respond within 24-48 hours. However, email should not be used for medical questions related to your care. Please call or use your patient portal instead.
