The initial consultation is $300. This includes a one hour plus face to face conversation reviewing your medical history and records and formulating a list of treatment options. This $300 can be applied to the cost of any medical or laboratory procedure (Read about the ACFS Stimulus Plan).

ACFS feels comfortable with its experience and expertise in all areas of reproductive medicine and therefore will price match with any other program in the Arizona for medical or surgery services (verification of outside pricing needs to be done and be for similar services).

We will work with you and your insurance company to get the maximum reimbursement possible and, if needed, work out an arrangement that is fair to both of us.

If there is no insurance coverage then we will work out a price with you that is fair to both of us; as well as go to bat for you, if surgery is needed, to get the best “cash price” at the surgical facility.

We are willing to accept and work out any reasonable payment plan.

The company, mymedicalloan, is a medical loan company that can loan you the money at interest rates as low as 3.99% with a credit score as low as 580. ACFS experience with the company has been very good and the application process, either over the phone or Internet, is straightforward and hassle free.

Patients applying from the website the link below, which uses ACFS account loan number, do not have to pay $12.95 (with a credit card) to have their credit report processed. Any other means such as; talking to an agent through their 800 number or applying straight through their site will require the charge. By applying this way, the patient’s information will appear in ACFS account right away. Also, the company will approve the patients in their doctor’s accounts first before checking to see who’s faxed us an application.

If you are unsuccessful with 2 fresh cycles of IVF (including the use of any frozen embryos), we will do a 3rd standard cycle of IVF at no charge.
