Arizona Center for Fertility Studies experience with the company has been very good and the application process, either over the phone or Internet, is straightforward and hassle free.

Initial Fertility Consultation Cost

The initial consultation is $300.

Fertility Treatment Price Matching

Arizona Center for Fertility Studies feels comfortable with its experience and expertise in all areas of reproductive medicine and therefore will price match with any other program in the Arizona for medical or surgery services (verification of outside pricing needs to be done and be for similar services).

Fertility Treatment Insurance Reimbursements

We will work with you and your insurance company to get the maximum reimbursement possible and, if needed, work out an arrangement that is fair to both of us.

Fair Price Policy

If there is no insurance coverage then we will work out a price with you that is fair to both of us; as well as go to bat for you, if surgery is needed, to get the best "cash price" at the surgical facility.

We are willing to accept and work out any reasonable payment plan.
